I do not do colonics or colemas, etc. Never had the money nor the desire to schedule more appointments or get involved with too much covuluted apparati. Besides, somewhere in Moritz' book he mentions cleaning out with products like colosan are sufficient, he just seems to prefer and recommend colonics/colemas as the best solution. I've never experienced any issues by not doing colonics or colemas. Colosan is a miracle product from my point of view and for me. The oxygenation liquifies gunk and decimates candida pushing it all out along the way. Woo hoo!
