 I was able to find a 50 Lbs bag of DE for 60$ at a local feed supplies store. The brand is Star Lake and it says for all classes of livestock .

I just put a Big tablespoon in our water pitcher , is it supposed to be Cloudy like this?

It will settle out. It may take a few days initially as the ultrafine particles take longer to settle out. In the future though it will settle out faster. This will not hurt you, but it can make the water taste a little muddy and can make it gritty.
