Hello,
My first flush, I didn't do an enema and had very bad headaches due to the fasting, I did however pass hundreds of stones following Clark's recipe.

My second flush, I did a coffee enema first and I had no headache or discomfort except for being hungry. I didn't get any stones. That night I took a sleeping pill though so not sure if that was the problem.

I take Apple Cider Vinegar daily, is this a good substitute for the malic acid, I've never taken it?

Since doing Ozone therapy, I really need a flush as I'm starting to have pain on my right side under my ribcage.

Any info would be helpful!
