I actually like HVER's opinions. I take digestive bitters due to his influence. I still do coffee enema's which goes against his suggestion due to there overstimulating and taxing the adrenals. But I don't start a pissing contest with him. I realize that CE's are invaluable to hair, skin, gall bladder, liver, etc, etc. I just do them occasionally and believe in them for stimulating both healthy liver/gall bladder to better function .

I don't see why some of you go after HVER like he's some sort of jerk-off! Get over yourselves, people!
