I used to that for a while, I would simply open up a caps and use a short straw to snort it in. I could only bare a tiny bit at the bottom of the caps, otherwise it would hurt badly, so I would keep about just as amuch as to cover the round part at the bottom of the caps, snort it and close the cap for future use.

At that stage I was wild into putting antifungals aside and carrying on with probiotics alone. I no longer snort- I do a daily sinus cleanse (NeilMed) and swallow probiotics and fermented food. I have reached the point where the probiotics remain and become flora. Each time I swallow some I get some sinus reaction.
