Hi,

If you've never had a gallbladder attack, then I wouldn't worry too much about getting a stone stuck. It's pretty intimidating thinking about all the possibilities, but that's sorta like sitting around waiting for an earthquake. You can't. You've just got to dive in and do what you want to do. It's very unlikely that you'd get a stuck stone after having had no gallbladder attacks at all. I've had many gallbladder attacks and I don't even worry about getting a stuck stone. The Epsom Salts dilate your gallbladder anyway

These flushes are so gentle and not one aspect of them is upsetting at all. The hardest part about them is taking the icky tasting Epsom Salts , though I was initially worried about how I'd swallow down the oil and grapefruit juice. Honestly, that part is good lol. It reminds me of a smoothie. The flavor is wonderful and I'm not even a fan of grapefruit.

I save a bottle with a lid, like a water bottle or a 20 oz soda bottle. I also save a fat straw like from McDonald's, Jamba Juice, or Weinerschnitzel. I put in the oil, the grapefruit juice and the Black-Walnut and I shake the crap out of it, then I drink with the straw. If it starts tasting too much like the olive oil, then I put the lid back on and shake some more and the taste goes away again. It's yummy and easy to swallow, no wanting to gag or anything. Using the extra light olive oil helps too cuz it lightens the oil taste.

The bathroom part is not stressful either, so don't let yourself convince you that it will be. They say you'll have diarrhea by morning. I always have diarrhea following my first dose of Epsom Salts . The diarrhea is no big deal. It has never made me feel nauseated or sick. I just feel pressure to go. It's very watery. Just think of it as you getting rid of stuff you don't need anyway lol. When you start passing stones in the morning, your stools are still watery. I've never passed anything painful and I've never had to "work" at passing anything. It just all comes out with the watery stool. If you have stones, they'll probably look like peas floating in the bowl. If you get curious and fish any out, you may be surprised at how much bigger they are than how they looked in the water or how they felt when they came out.

I've done several flushes now and nothing has ever been painful or nauseating or made me feel even a little bit bad. I've always felt terrific. In Hulda Clark 's recipe she says if you don't take the ornithine you could have the worst night of your life... I've never taken then ornithine to sleep and I've never slept anything but wonderfully on the night of the flush. Honestly. I'm not kidding you or telling you what you might want to hear so you'll go ahead and do the flush. It's the real thing. I love to flush and I'd do it every weekend if I could lol. I've always felt wonderful in the days after the flush and I feel like the clock is ticking backwards now instead of forwards.

So give it a go because you truly have nothing to fear, but fear itself :).
