I'm interested in the dosage of Chanca Piedra you're using...
I couldn't find it locally, and finally found caps (500 mg) and took it a few times, but didn't feel that great afterwards (could be coincidental).
My Question is: how do you take it? On an empty stomach? What dose? How often? How do you feel on it?
I ask, because I've seen your posts and you seem to know a lot about LFs.
