Thank you for these suggestions! That is great and agree that minerals - especially - are good for your body and control of your systems. I have kidney problems so I cannot take minerals - but I agree that they will help.

I take only 15 units of insulin and I started with 30 units. I have been using Homeopathic remedies to rebalance my body so that eventually I will no longer be dependant on insuliin.

Many of the problems I had with my diabetes and kidney problems are getting less because I take those remedies. I hope to be well in a short time.

But I think your suggestions are great! Thank you!
