Lol! Well - that is great!

I had tried several times in the breathing technique - and it has not worked for me or my husband.

But - Like you said different people respond differently. Or perhaps we were not doing it correctly.


That's Ok - whatever Helps people Lower their Blood Pressure is a Good thing!
