I am on the 3rd week of Humaworm/P and B shakes, also did 4 days of CoQ10 at 4gms a piece and still I have this moving thing in me in the same spot every day like its just partying or something. I wanna kill it. Today I started Pure garlic cloves, pineapple and papaya seeds. I just want it to DIE! I feel like I have a huge alien in me and I am not sure what it is. I did have white round segments after the 3 days of COQ10 but they stopped. I am getting junk out but I dont know whats poo and whats just fecal matter, or bits of the psyllium and bentonite??

Sorry I am just getting frustrated...I am sure others have been there. It would help if I knew what this was moving it is about 3 inches above my belly button and moves alot after I eat or early in the morning, or after the herbs.

The thing feels huge but it could just be my nerves about it LOL.

On top of all this my immune system may be overloaded because I got a cold ( and I dont normally get sick that often) so I took an H202 bath yesterday for 30 minutes to pull some toxins out.

Anyways last resort I ordered some Diatomaceous Earth to try.

Anyone else get to this point. I keep getting that vision from the movie Alien in my head and that thing pops out! GEEZ.

Any other tips or advice?

IN your opinion what makes more movement: Ascarias or Tapeworm?
