Another suggestion. You can use an ionizing toothbrush and also use oil pulling and then, like me, you will never need to see a dentist ever again. Unless you like the conversation. ;-)

Oil pulling is amazing for keeping teeth clean and also minimizing oral bacteria and other pathogens.
