what you experienced is not uncommon. D ribose can trigger a hypoglycemic like reaction and thus must always be taken with some food. If this does not solve the problem, then there may be other issues on the table,esp for those who are sensitive. D Ribose is good, but has to be used properly at the right time in adrenal recovery.
