Check out the Bob Beck protocol. It will take a long time like a year or two to suppress or even eliminate Herpes. It's better than using any topical or pill type medicine.

I also have candida. I tried all kinds of things to get rid of it but nothing really worked.

Then I started taking 50 mg of Iodine most every day. Not for Candida but for general health. I was surprised when my Candida started going away. I've been using Iodine for about 3 or 4 months now and my Candida is almost gone.
