Hi all,
I am feeling better today. I tried doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning but could only get half of it down before I felt like throwing up. (I had that same expereince a bunch of times while on MC.) Anyway, the back aches seem to have subsided. This morning I pooped out some pretty green looking stuff (almost like algae.) I think my liver must be really congested and I released a bunch of toxins while flushing. The sore throat has passed also but my sinuses are clogged. The worst part of all is I got hemroids from all that power pooping. They really hurt! Sheesh! Ah well, I am dealing with those. Still considering doing another flush on Tuesday. Peace.
