I have read about the health benefits of Kombucha tea for some time now so today while at my local grocery store I decided to pick up a bottle of the Synergy Cranberry Kombucha. When I arrived home I popped open the bottle and took a big swig of the drink and AUGH!!!! it was awful!! I literally thought I was going to vomit. It tastes like vinegar with no trace of cranberry at all. How do you people who love this stuff get it down? I really don't think it is going to grow on me, it's just an awful taste in my opinion. How much do you have to drink daily to get the health benefits? Maybe I could hold my nose and go for it. Is there a better tasting one? Maybe I got a dud. Please advise me.......
