I'm dowsing that I don't need to take more of the ascorbic acid thing right now, and I feel better. I probably didn't need the 3rd dose that I took. Now it's yes to take the salt mix again, every 4 hours- 3 oz..and yes that I need to order the carbon stuff.
I'll keep checking for MSM, but still no for now.

Newport..does your mind every shut off? :)
