Wonder what other uses are evolving for DIY lyposomal treatments. Would this be useful for getting herbs like cayenne or turmeric into the body? Colloidal Silver ? Anyone out there experimenting with this?

Also wondering what else may be used for lyposomal encapsulation besides lecithin?

Further, I am wondering if adding lecithin to raw or superfood food smoothies would enhance bioavailability? Certainly have heard of adding coconut oil to smoothies to assist with intake of fat soluble vitamins.

Wondering if there is a relationship here with Budwig?
