oh yes and I forgot. I was taking D-d-mannose sugar (which is bad while fighting candida) and that usually worked in the past (it helps wash away undesirable particles in the bladder) but didnt work for this one, but what helped a lot with the pain and maybe a little with the infection was marshmellow root capsules! wait do you have candida or is this your only symptom?
