The question is for how long have you treated your intestinal candidiasis that you can not tolerate a minimun of inulin now??? That makes me think you can not tolerate anything sweet. Fruit, white rice, beans are a problem for you?? How do you recognize the symptoms so fast?? An overgrowth in the gut come back slowly and may take months to show up again.
