i also need to take your advise and get off the nuts and grains again, I started eating them a little over a month ago and now have problems (prob not from that but worth a shot) so going back to only fish and veggies and some meat. well see if that changes anything. I also have all these candida pills from a little while ago all have FOS in them! damn! also I'm starting to do the master cleanse (without the syrup) starting today...
