Probiotcs... I think youve read this before:
//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1408310#i

Several people have asked me about probiotics with all the cleansing and coffee enemas and wanting to make sure they have healthy flora. They are also questioning whether the garlic/cayenne pepper kills all the good bugs too. I would like to give a knowledgeable answer ??? If I'm remembering correctly, you're not doing high enemas (right)? So the only gut flora that would be adversely affected would be those in the last few inches of your lower colon - and those are replenished every time fecal matter passes through. Garlic contains inulin (which is a prebiotic, and has been used to restore gut flora). Even if you were doing a high enema 3x weekly, the flora would still be restored as soon as more fecal matter passed through the colon. I've never heard that cayenne adversely effects beneficial bacteria. But if you feel there's a problem, have some kimchee or sauerkraut (or other naturally fermented food). //www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1451318#i

If you want to know more about fermented foods, Elf has awesome posts and pics!!
