I started Chinese meds this time last year. My medical problem was eczema on my face and constipation (also digestive issues after having parasites). I was given lots of different herbs (in pill form) with varying success, including Bu Zhong yi Qi Wan. Over six months the eczema went on my face, I had more energy and no Depression and felt good. However I could not cure the constipation.

Last summer I stopped TCM. In the autumn I suddenly got a bad attack of depression. I took Bu zhong yi qi wan and immmediately the Depression went. I continued to take it all winter in a very small dose and it worked a treat on Depression and energy levels.

Does anyone know more about this product? I have stopped it now but maybe it is ok to take indefinitely?

Of all the meds I took this product was the most effective but I still need to cure constipation.
