after reading the first paragraph i thought, primal diet.

then i saw you had read the book.

but, it doesn't seem like you are actually going through with the whole primal diet routine, which is more than just eating raw meat. if you can cough up the 375 then have a talk with aajonus and get an individualized plan. as good as the book is, seeing him in person is orders of magnitudes better.
