I agree. I think focusing more on bowel cleansing is of top importance.

I have Acne and have been fighting it all my life but I have finally made a HUGE connection between my colon health and my skin health. I have been keeping myself clean with Colosan and my skin looks great lately! Colosan is really something of a miracle to me... I seriously can't believe what it has done for my skin and overall health lately.

Plus I'm doing a Liver Flush tonight so things will probably just get even better.
