Makes a lot of sense to me. I recently came across info linking the use of Accutane with Seb Derm. Apparently Accutane kills off good bacteria that create biotin. Biotin pills have been shown to improve seb derm. I also tool Tetracycline in my 20s for acne. I bet my gut is as leaky as a screen door.

My new plan is to take several small water only fasts and build up to a 30 day water only fast this summer. Probably have to continue with juice fasting after that. I'll definitely cross post my results.
