Hi Antique :-),

Glad to hear it about the plates. I think I'm about to vandalize a couple of S/S Cleavers :-). I may have to wait 'til tomorrow to take my next foot bath. Boy, it's been 2 days without it and I am really feeling the difference :-( .

My cheese graters seem to be about ready to throw in the towel..

Did you drill holes in the plates or leave them solid? I think I'm going to leave the cleavers solid so I can clean them easier.

Lol, it makes me nervous, the idea of cleavers near my toes- I'll probably have to file down the blades to use 'em.
