I believe it's the liver for sure

the liver is an emotional liver so stress can wreak havoc..smile more and be happy regardless the situation

do a serious of 6-8  liver flush/detox and see if that works

as far as digestive problems, stress can cause low digestive enzymes as well but the true indicator of low enzymes is natural gas from the anus...for example lactose intolerant people experience gas in the small intestine with a slight bloating from lack of enzume to digest lactose

do you expereince fbo from anus due to lack on enzymes?
