/again , this support my theory that the liver is the root of the problem as I posted last month... I believe different toxic organs give off different smells.

kidney(diabetes) = fruity smell

small intestine(gas) = fbo from the anus.This is due to lactose intolerant like milk or any other defecient digestive enzymes to digest protein and carbs. 

skin(locker room smell) = bacteria imbalance in the skin thus causing the odor

liver( fbo from TMAU or Liver being toxic) = fbo from lacking a metbolic enzyme associated people with tmau or a toxic liver thus causing the fbo in body n breath/
