I'll make a trial of 3 regular meals a day, maybe the idea of eating when hungry isn't working for me. This morning I had a steamed apple and oats (screw the gluten-free) with 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil, it felt very good, is it proteic enough? and maybe alternate with 1 soft boiled egg and fruit?
We really do not require a lot of protein daily. Only about 90g or roughly 3 ounces daily. More importantly is that we get all the essential amino acids in our diet, which is why a varied diet is essential. A little pollen each day is also another way to go since it supplies all the amino acids. You are also going to be getting a lot of your protein/amino acids from the yeast and nettle leaf (better is taken as a powder instead of a tea).
I realized that I probably eat too much every meal and that's why then I have to wait so long before eating again, today I used a bowl that was more or less like ayurveda says - eat what food is contained in the two hands cupped together -, maybe a bit less, and the bowl is scaringly SMALL!
Another thing I began today, for the interim until your formulas arrive is 1 tsp 3xday of the nettles I have that are to make tea, as they are not finely grinded I thought 1 tsp was the good dose. As a source of panthotenic acid I have nutritional yeast in the shelf, how much should I take? does it need to be taken away from meals like herbs or with meals like supplements?
A spoonful with each meal will provide a lot of nutrition. It is best taken before meals.
and how much vit.C?
If you are talking about synthetic vitamin C supplements then 500mg three to four times daily with meals.
so that I can already begin to take care of the adrenals, at least in some measure.
