Gallbladder Polyps are harmless but colon polyps should be removed asap.

From my understanding there´s no need for surgery as you can have them removed by a colonoscopy.

I myself had a polyp, quite big in fact and the colonoscopy took it out. It is a painless procedure and many polyps can be removed at one go.

Most polyps seems to be benign but if we wait too long they may turn into bad guys.

Ask for your physician about colonoscopy.
