That's only something you should attempt if they're forcing you to give oral sex or something. It doesn't make sense to do otherwise since it would involve lowering your head and putting yourself in a vulnerable position.

If she had gone out of her way to do that in this situation I would want to see her locked up as she'd clearly have some kind of psychopathology.
