My urine has been smelling quite strong and foul. I do not believe that I have a bladder infection. I had a Chiro who muscle tested to say that I had a low functioning kidney and that I should do a good flush. The problem is, I do not have a kitchen, therefore, I cannot make fresh juices or soups, nor boil lots of herbs, such as in Dr. Schulze 's Kidney Cleanse.

I will not have a kitchen for at least 2 or 3 months, and in the meantime, I feel that I have to do SOMETHING NOW, even if it is not the optimal thing.

I have been looking at different tinctures (Schulze) and teas (watermelon, parsely, etc). I can purchase an electronic kettle in order to boil water and then steep tea.

Of course with no kitchen, I am also forced to eat out daily.

I am at home all day doing home renovations, so my time is flexable.

Can anyone make suggestions as to what effective actions that I can take given my limitations?

Please note that I have a Bio-Mat at home that I can use as well.

I will also be adding in some Qi Gong in daily.
