Its best to start with one drop a day. Then one drop twice a day. then one drop 3 times a day.
Then move on to 2 drops 3 times a day.
Then 3 drops 3 times a day and so till you reach 15 drops 3 times a day assuming you are not feeling ill. NEVER go above a does where you will feel ill. Sick to your stomach, the runs, vomiting etc. Keep taking mms under the level where you get sick.
15 drops is a maxium does for the vast majority of complaints.

as for yeasts-candida, molds, fungi Miracle-Mineral-Supplement does work very well....asumming the user is no longer using sugar, white flour, foods with yeast in them, processed food, junk food,chips, cookies, pastries, ice cream, fruit juice, sodas, vinegar, fermented foods,tea, beer, wine, alcohol and the other yeast growing foods.
