They say that you're supposed to wait a couple of weeks between flushes to let the bile build up. But quite honestly I think it's most important to wait a bit to give the body a break. Taking in a lot of salt and losing a lot of water is probably really hard on the kidneys too. Come to think of it, this wasn't my first flush of the year. I had a failed attempt in February that resulted in vomiting most of the olive oil and I didn't get a good flush at all. I'm not sure, but I think the key to this last flush was that I ate no fat at all the day of the flush. I had no breakfast and ate a salad with no dressing for lunch. I also took malic acid for the first time, but I don't know if it helped. Who knows, I'll just repeat everything on the next flush and hope to keep getting results. I love this board and reading everyone's experiences. Like Kevin, I would like to hear from people who have flushed until they are clear. I also like to read from people who get amazing results. Hope is very powerful.
