thanks Wen. its ok, I am happy to clear this stuff. it has to happen if I want to recover. that said, this has to be one of the worst rounds yet. fighting the urge to puke. have not eaten much all day. going to try and eat some dinner shortly. not sure how that is going to go. its a very weird feeling. like the day after drinking a fifth of vodka. poisoned.
