so, following on how you explain the chronic form of hypoglymeia, how much of a part do you see the liver playing?
It seems to me I was hypoglycemic for years, from the time I was a child, and was "diagnosed": told back then to eat often, and eat lots of nuts and cheese...After I had my son at 25 and my digestive fire got low, I was told to eat a lot of cooked vegetables, not raw. I also tested low for chromium through hair sample, but not sure I ever did much about it.
I don't feel good having frequent meals, except for whan I am re-feeding after a water fast, until I get myself back to where I can comfortably return to one or two meals a day.
It was only after doing some Liver Flushes and two lengthy Water Fasts that I don't feel like hypoglycemia is the issue it once was, at all.

Edit: hmmm. re: chromium, I see raw onions have a lot, also romaine and tomatoes, all of which I like and eat a lot.
Yesterday I atsted some green onion I was going to put into an egg and thought, why don't we eat a lot of green onions, like a whole meal of them, instead of just a few pieces. So Good! I'm having all sorts of thought like this, about how we approach food, and what we throw away...
