Since I don't know the exact answer, I try and think that just the act of the liver dumping it's dirty bile is good. I know my liver is bad and I'm toxic. The liver must be clear to clean the blood.

Let us know how your future flushes go. I know it's an exhausting process and dread having to do another and then another. I hate drinking epsom salt.
