He is old enough that he can just do the regular liver flush. remember, it is going to take more than one flush, though you may see some improvement from the first flush. For me, my chronic post-nasal drip completely stopped for 5 days. That told me I was on the right path.

Be sure and stay well hydrated during the flush. Staying well hydrated seems to help with not feeling wiped-out afterward.
