Kevin,

I have the same concerns as you. Like how many flushes will it take and will there be a good end result? I try and use logic by thinking that the Epsom Salt totally cleans us out, so anything that comes out in the morning after the olive oil & grapefruit juice must be bad toxins and liver congested material. I have a hard time believing that a glass of grapefruit juice & olive oil can somehow shape itself into the stuff that came out of me last weekend. All I know so far is that my skin is softer after flushing. I know I have a bad functioning liver, so I'm just going to keep at it every 2 weeks if I can handle it. I plan on observing and photographing each result.
