Thank you very much for your reply! Yes it make sense - i started to figure it out and your reply puts me at ease.

What bother me now is that I've started using bio-identical progesterone cream 2x day, also chrysin, nettle root, red clover extract and DIM. All of a sudden my symptoms are a bit worse - much more hesitancy and dribbling - especially at night and then it improves through the day. Any idea why this happens?

Thanks for your time and efforts to reply - this is one hell of a battle and it is comforting to know that there are knowledgeable people like you on this message board.
