Yes, tho the heat is an effective way to assist it to enter in many use it cold tho I find it so thick that I often wonder how much is actually being absorbed into any clothing. In a search you can find a story of an older man who swore by its use and used plastic bed sheets and covered his body each nite w CO before sleeping.
