But remember, all: the bottom line is The Master Cleanse is the best thing most of us can do for our bodies (overweight or not) so I for one support everyone in doing this cleanse regardless of the reason or excuse they use to get themselves cleansing. And honestly, those who are overweight need this healing cleanse most of all...so who am we to say what reason people should use for going on the cleanse? Whatever works to get you cleansing, go for it.
