Use the cilantro, it is one of the best metal remover from your body. I think you should have metal fillings removed and replaced with the white ones, it does cost a bit more.

Regarding your breaking fast, I was told by Chrisb1 that it is best to start with an organic orange by just sucking on it and then slowly it by eating fruits for week and then salads etc.
