It will be helpful to include chicken in my diet.

I will probably eat a chicken salad for lunch and dinner every day. It is easier to get started that way. I wish I could use turkey instead of chicken since I have to cook the chicken.

Is it okay to cook chicken with the skin on, but just not eat the skin? I do not eat the skin anyways.
