I actually agree with you here, lol! Sorry if I came across as agressive, I reread my post, and didn't want anything I said in CAPITALS to be misunderstood! I just wanted to emphasize my point:D

Yes, you are right about the healers needing healing themselves (I realized that many years after the fact) and also about how our decisions lead the way etc. And yes definitely, my goal was to return to a 'normal' lifestyle- as this was the goal of the treatment (if you can imagine!) and getting my 'brain' out of that loop of thinking I could do/eat/handle ANYTHING, well that's been the biggest struggle for me. I am still shedding that.
