Poor electrolyte balance is a sign of late stage adrenal weakness. Its not new to me. I have cases like yours where hospital admissions are necessary if not taken care of early on. Your situation actually is mild at this time based on what you wrote. Your various hypothesis are all valid to a certain degree, and you have obviously done a lot of homework. No one really knows for sure which pathway is dominant, and clinically it is not important. The important thing is how to get you to feel better, and academy knowledge is not going to help that though it may be great for your mind to know.

The way out is to get a clear understanding of your body and slowly, and modulate it closely to get to a balance of electrolytes that your body can tolerate. It may be well off "normal" standard, but that is ok. YOur body will speak to you if you listen close enough, and you need someone who can teach you how to listen.

Labs are not helpful, and your best bet is to find someone who is experienced to help you balance as this is not something you can do yourself. some trial and error is needed even for the expert due to unclear physiology involved, but is is far better than self-navigation.

You are taking a lot of vitamin C, and I am not happy about that. Your other supplements are also in question. You will likely end up getting worse over time if your current state is not stabilized first and then reverse. But do not be discourage as your situation is not that complicated so far.
