I pretty much outlined what I've been doing in the previous post.

But yeah, the first day I took 2 Grapefruit Seed Extract Caps almost back to back.

Then I skipped a couple days and I'm taking them again.


Stuff is still not totally gone, but I seem to be improving. I need to find some kind of skin moisturizer than I won't react to. I think I'm allergic to aloe - when I apply raw aloe from cut leaves of a plant it burns my skin really bad and makes it itchy.

I'm going to try the epson salt bath this week - I need to be able to get to the store to buy some though.
