What a FANTASTIC testimony testimony Thunder!  I'm so happy Miss H was able to talk you into posting!  

If we don't take care of this body, the most magnificent machine we'll ever be given, then where are we gonna live?  When we think of our body in those terms then it becomes a lot clearer that we need to do the maintenance on it!

Your post will give MANY people the encouragement they need to get them going.
