I am super disappointed. Matt - you really don't get when you're inferring disrespect and it makes me sad for you. If there's not a little light that goes off and says, 'Helfinger's had an adrenal meltdown in the last few weeks to which I claim to know a lot about - maybe making a joke right now about how she's deserted me won't come across with the love I sorta mean it with' - you're in trouble. But when good folks bring it to your attention - you don't pay attention and actually sublimate it. Instead, your defense mechanism is to make them feel like an idiot for 'not getting it' and unfortunately - that's narcissism. You wanna be working on adrenal fatigue and narcissism but the cycles I see - only exult those behaviors - not try and really, really work them when the stimulus/learning opportunity comes up. Yes - a huge amount of what you say comes across as a blast, super disrespectful, unloving and incredibly unsupportive. It's a real bummer. I do care for you but it is true - that Uny and I have helped you a lot - and you have to think for the rest of your life about whether or not you're interested in that little light going off. Just as I have to think about it for adrenal stimulation. I come across as a tweeker and you, although you claim to know a lot about adrenal fatigue - come across as a jerk that just likes to spike other peoples' adrenals - which is ANYTHING but kind. If you want to integrate and grow from that which you're EVEN TAKING Vitamin C for - you have to see how you're feeding a cycle by being antagonistic for the sake of what you loophole as 'comedy'. You and I both know it's a defense mechanism - but to what? To not have to be humble? Grateful? Self-forgiving? Doting? Loving? Only you know the answers to those questions and only YOU can prevent forest fires.

Don't be a dick - you don't wanna walk that path. Our 'friendship' has been on the rocks on and off (for the many months I've known you) and this woman has saved my life.
I'd stand in front of a freight train for her and right now - I'd Snidley Whiplash you to the tracks. I wonder if Dudley would come along to untangle you this time, though.
