Thanks Catfish. Did you just finish your 30 days? I remembered that you are finishing up the Humaworm too. I am thinking about doing Bikram Yoga just to sweat it all out. That might help. I have to say I look bad. I am pale with dark circles under my eyes and I want to feel better. (I get impatient :) ) Thanks for your encouragement. I'll try to finish my 30 days.
